We take on the defence of all criminal and drug charges, including any resulting property seizures by either the Federal or Provincial governments. We will defend your matter from bail to trial. Our firm has successfully defended hundreds of clients in Vancouver and all regions of British Columbia. We have also successfully defended cases in Alberta and Saskatchewan.


Personal Injury

Our personally injury practice is generally restricted to representing clients involved in motor vehicle accidents. We only work for those injured in accidents and never work for ICBC. Once you retain us we will guide you through the entire process with as little stress and inconvenience as possible. We strongly advise you to contact us to obtain legal advice prior to speaking with or meeting with an ICBC adjuster. We act on a contingency (percentage) basis and there is no fee unless we succeed in your claim.


Immigration

Our immigration practice focuses on family reunions and Immigration related appeals. We have successfully defended many clients who were facing deportation due to criminal records.
