For criminal and immigration matters a fee will be determined and discussed with the client based on the complexity of the case, the number of charges, and the estimated amount of lawyer time it will take to conclude the file.

For personal injury (ICBC) claims we act on a contingency (percentage) basis and there is no fee unless we succeed in your claim.
